The event highlighted career pathways in planning, engineering, safety, and operations, while exploring certifications and skills essential for advancement. Engaging panel discussions, interactive activities, and breakout sessions fostered meaningful dialogue and networking among attendees. Participants also learned about key industry organizations and how the YMC can be a valuable resource for long-term professional development.

Student Poster Competition
The student poster session at this year’s Mid-Colonial District ITE Annual Meeting was the first held in many years, and it was a great success. Ten students from five universities presented their innovative and exciting research. Cash prizes were awarded to the top three presenters judged by members of the ITE International Executive Board. The strong participation and positive feedback have set a solid foundation for making the poster session a regular part of future District annual meetings.
