- Larry Laynburd, Kimley-Horn– VDOT Park and Ride: This presentation will provide an overview of the Virginia Statewide Park and Ride Lot Asset Conditions Assessment, an effort undertaken by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to allow for planning and prioritizing future maintenance efforts of their 127 owned and operated lots.
- Patty Kerns, City of Pittsburgh & Damian George, ms consultants, inc.– South Side Signal Project: This presentation is about the traffic signals in the Mt. Oliver Borough’s South Side area in Pittsburgh which were outdated, having been installed decades ago on old trolley poles. The successful completion of the South Side Signals Project has significantly improved pedestrian safety, reduced traffic congestion, and increased community mobility.
There will also be a District Year in Review, International Board of Directors Update and the announcement of the Volunteer of the Year Award winner.
It is estimated that this webinar will be eligible for 1 to 1.5 PDHs.
