Registration for Sponsors and Vendors

Thank you for your interest in participating in the upcoming MCDITE 2026 Annual Meeting! Before registering, please review the available sponsorship levels and vendor booth options. Each package includes different benefits, fees, and space allocations.

Platinum – $2,500


  • Limit three (3) platinum sponsor.
  • One (1) Platinum Sponsor technical session – Full 90 Minute Session
  • Two (2) complimentary attendees
  • One reserved spot for a session moderator at Platinum Sponsor Session (moderators must be paid attendees)
  • Announcement at each morning’s opening and during the Thursday luncheon
  • Board listing at Registration Table and Thursday luncheon – company name and logo

Gold – $2,000


  • Limit five (5) gold sponsor.
  • One (1) technical presentation slot (30 minute presentation)
  • One (1) complimentary attendee
  • One (1) reserved spot for a session moderator in same session as Gold Sponsor presentation (moderator must be paid attendees)

Silver – $1,500


  • One (1) complimentary attendee

There will be a tiered system based on location of table:

Tier 1 – Early registration $1,100, Late Registration* $1,250. 8 tables directly in front of Heritage C.

Tier 2 – Early registration $1,000, Late Registration* $1,150. 6 tables by registration table and hallway by Heritage A and B.

Tier 3 – Early registration $900, Late Registration* $1,050. 6 tables hallway by Heritage E and D.

Vendor Registration includes Welcome Reception and meals during conference for two attendees. Attendance at Social is at additional charge. WI-FI not provided. Vendors are to bring their own extension cords and power switches. Additional AV needs can be contracted directly between vendor and venue.

Additional Vendor Costs:
