The Younger Member Committee (YMC) of MCDITE is a vibrant group of young members under the age of 35 who are passionate about making an impact in the field of transportation. As part of MCDITE, we are committed to collaborating, building meaningful connections, and empowering the next generation of transportation leaders. With a focus on professional growth and leadership, the committee serves as a platform for young members to connect, learn, and thrive in their careers.

Promoting Social Engagement

Strengthening our ties with local student chapters to nurture the next generation of transportation professionals and bridge the gap between school and the workforce

Building a community for young members in our District through social events that encourage networking and friendship

Facilitating the Transition from Student to Professional
